Much of the actual remodeling process requires problem solving and creativity, by personally managing the project I am on site daily to make the decisions necessary to keep the job moving forward. This gives our clients confidence and peace of mind knowing that there is someone on the job with their best interest as a priority.
We regularly work with absentee home owners either on a daily basis or longer term such as a winter remodel on a second or summer home. Communication is very important in keeping the project timely. We stay in touch by phone, fax, email and digital photos so you can keep up with the progress. |
